BT Parental Controls only covers devices connected to the internet via the BT Home Hub or a BT Wi-fi hotspot. Please be aware that devices using a data connection such as 3G or 4G won't be protected. BT is not responsible for any of the site categorisations – this is done by our third-party specialist vendor. The account holder needs to set up and maintain this service. If you delete your account – your settings will be lost. You can re-activate at any time but you’ll need to add all of your settings again. For more information on BT Parental Controls, click here. |
